1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of Big Family Bounce Houses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Agreement

All bounce house and equipment rentals are subject to a separate, formal Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver that must be signed prior to or upon delivery. These website terms govern your use of our site and general booking process.

3. Booking and Cancellation

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Weather-related cancellations made before delivery are fully refundable.

4. Safety and Operation

The lessee is responsible for the safe operation of the equipment during the rental period. Big Family Bounce Houses will provide safety instructions upon setup. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse setup if the location is deemed unsafe or if severe weather is present.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Big Family Bounce Houses and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Family Bounce Houses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our website or services.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our contact forms or booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
